Terms and Conditions for the NiPi Online Library

NiPi Library is an online library that seeks to make hard copy books accessible to anyone. As a normal library works, books are rented out.

These are the terms and conditions for the NiPi online library. This defines the way users of NiPi library (and similar affiliated products) use the library (and similar affiliated products). We advise all users of the service to read the following carefully because by using it, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of use.

As a borrower, you need to keep up to date with the Terms and Conditions. To gain access to the books you would need to provide some personal information that includes but is not limited to name, phone number, and email address.

When you borrow material from the library you are obliged to:

  • Observe changes in the library’s loan terms and rules. We announce such changes at the NiPi Library webpage, and you are responsible for maintaining knowledge about the current regulation that’s available on the website.
  • Observe the guaranteed duration of your loan. The loan period is different for different book collections. NeeditPinit is not obliged to send reminders about books on loan.

  • Respect the license terms for the library’s electronic resources.

  • Keep track of the date when the loan period expires to be able to return borrowed books on time. Returning books late will be met with fines. These fines depend on the book burrowed and the degree to which the user was late.
  • Treat the library’s material with care and protect it from damage.

  • Maintain an updated residential and email address.

  • Take responsibility for all your loans until the loan is deregistered in the NeeditPinit library loan system. When you return materials that you’ve borrowed, collect a receipt from the book return machine. A receipt is also sent to the e-mail address you provided. Save the receipt until you have checked the site to ensure that your loans are no longer registered.

  • Make sure all books loaned to you returns in the same condition they were loaned out. Writing or, scribbling on, tearing, scratching, painting, or otherwise damaging the books and it’s covering or associated materials is prohibited. Damage of any kind will be met with fines and in extreme cases, a complete replacement of the book that has been damaged by the user.

  • Making sure the library materials do not leave the city.

What happens if I break the rules?

If you violate the rules of the library and disrupt activities, you can be fined. The value of the fine will be determined by an independent process from the NiPi team. NiPi reserves the right to permanently ban any user who repeatedly breaks these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

Together, we can make hard copy book accessible and available to ourselves.

Don’t forget to give out(for free) or rent out your own hard copy books that you have finished reading or the ones you don’t use anymore and get a commission also.
